I get An access denied error was returned while trying to change a service you may need to log on as administrator to make the changes I thought I was the log on as administrator . I'm using avast anti virus i have disabled it to no avail in msconfig trying to change my start up programs...

I recently got a USB dac ,I run I thru my headroom amp, the sound thru my headphones is fine.my question is since the are USB speakers how do get my desktop speakers to work?
