Default Easy way to assign group memberships in Active Directory?

I've got around 1500 users that I need to assign to 1 of 4 new groups in Active Directory. The AD is setup already so I was hoping I could just right click on the OU and assign it there and have it populate on down to the members underneath it. Either that can't be done, or I don't know how to do it. I tried the almighty Google but it came up with all sorts of stuff I have no idea how to use like VBScripting or WMI. Any quick and easy way to do this?

Try Dameware (www.dameware.com)
The free trial should allow you to do this anyway but I would recommend it anyway as its very useful.
