I am trying to figure out a problem with a Win2003SBServer domain. As of this morning, all the users on the workstations cannot open their "My Documents" folder on their desktop. The users were storing personal stuff in the "My Documents" folder. I opened the Server and noticed that the folder that all the "my Documents" folders are sitting in (C:/Users) was not shared anymore. I shared it again, but that hasn't solved the problem. The users are still getting the error on their workstations: cannot open My documents blah blah blah. How can I re enable this? Thanks Heeter |

Heeter, did you change the settings on the folders initially? Or did you only attempt to re-enable sharing?
If so, was there any event or anyone you know who turned off the sharing in the first plce? Did they change any settings? |

Thanks for the response Sazar,
As far as I can tell, The boss around here right clicked and disabled the sharing for this folder, thinking it was another folder. I just tried right clicking and sharing it again, to no avail. Heeter |

Thanks Sazar,
This is a default shared folder when I created the Domain/AD here, a long, long time ago. Heeter |
