not by default as Firefox isn't a Microsoft product, they don't come with a default policy template to manage Firefox through AD policies.
That being said, there is a Firefox ADM (now called FireFox ADMXPI) that can be added but, obviously, won't be supported by microsoft. Also, you can look at the developers blog |
