what setting?
Depending on what you are trying to change, you can either use a GPO or use a tool like csvde or LDIFDE |

You can select multiple objects (e.g. users) in the same OU (meaning all of these users are members of the same OU) by using CTRL or SHIFT, then right click on one of those users, and select Properties. Doing so will give you the available options (e.g. "User cannot change password").
