Default can xp tweaks from The Tweaking Experience be used on win2k3 server
as title suggests can they be used on win2k3 ?

you answered your own question.

Tweaks for XP are not tweaks for server 2003.

server 2003 should not be tweaked.

Why would you tweak Server anyway? It is a server operating system.

Server 2003 is optimised for the best filesystem and network performance out of the box.
