I have a client who has remote users (her clients) and several of them have PDF printers, off the wall printers, etc. that are trying to map when they connect. We want to configure it so ONLY the default printer is mapped. Any suggestions? |

Disable their print drivers from installing in class rules.

yes.. go to windows 2008 where they finally have a GPO setting.. beyond that, you could fiddle with login scripts to connect printers..
Disabling printer drivers will not prevent the client from trying to connect the printers - so you will get a bunch of events in your event log of printers that couldn't be created. |

Errors are the problem. I don't want to see errors. I hate errors.
Windows Server 2008: I can't wait. I love the product (as much as I love WSUS 3.0 -- lazy fitzy). |
