Default WSUS Problem
I have to keep on restarting the WSUS Service on the back end database server. I attached a screen shot of the error message. What would be causing that? I am lost?

Sounds like an SSL issue. Make sure to update to the latest Service Pack for SQL and that should fix the issue.

It may also caused by the SQL server being under heavy load, which would also explain why the WSUS service keeps failing. Try the SP and see what happens.

Have SQL Server 2005 SP2 on there.
64 Server 2003

Yeah I think you're right thanks for the help.

It is SQL 2005 Express oops. I can't find the hot fixes for the express edition...

What SP level are you running SQL Server 2005 Express at?

Service Pack 2 is available, but since you are running Express, go here.

Service Pack 2 will likely have the fix included.
