Default WSUS Content Folder File Management
This folder is growing a bit out of control, which can be expected. I only have patches needed for my test environment, and only in English, so I can't do any trimming.

If I delete out of date patches (patches already applied and no longer needed), won't they come down again next time the server syncrhonizes?

How can I manage the disk space, before it's all gone?

If you delete patches that have already been applied, new machines will only be forced to download them again.

Download the WSUS Debug Tool (server version).

Run it...

WsusDebugTool /Tool:PurgeUnneededFiles

It will delete updates no longer approved for installation, declined updates, etc.
