One PC on a network is having problems so you want to disable the WSUS server? I mean, if you found it via GPO that means you know the NETBIOS name of the server. Simply open a CMD prompt on your server and type "net stop wsusservice" - but you can also modify your settings so the updates are not stored locally (if HD space is an issue), cleanup old updates, or add more HD space to your server. I wouldn't think you'd ever want to disable that functionality unless you are just going to redirect everything to the Microsoft Update website.
