Actually, CCleaner used to clean prefetch by default. It was moved to Advanced after a lot of complaints. It still does not have a warning, and that was reported as a bug over a year ago. But oh, that thread disappeared too! They do not like people reporting bugs.

I reported one and even gave the fix. It took them over 3 months to fix (link) and I was banned for asking about it! Nice community, huh?
