The NV4 display file is your nvidia graphics driver causing the system crash.. try new drivers. or rolling back to older drivers.

Minidump is part of the restart program dumping active memory to a log file.

The other 1 is a temp file. i would ignore it.

The code file donates a win XP driver.

So sounds like a standard restart after a graphics card crash.

personally i would try the new series drivers on http://www.nvidia.com

way ahead of the card drivers..

I scrapped my hercules drivers a long time ago.. there about 6 months behind.
