Default Make Adobe Reader 8.x Look like Adobe Reader 7.x

I have a request from a fair amount of users who would like to have Adobe Reader 8.x look like the UI from Adobe Reader 7.x The reason behind this is that they have a large amount of documentation based around the layout, and would prefer not to do it over if possible.

I'm searching around on my own as well, but wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this?

I don't think you can adjust the UI. Why not just keep using 7.X if that is what they are used to?

Honestly I am not going to give them much slack on the option, simply because they don't want to change documentation. If it can't be done it can't be done, and I would rather upgrade to retire the older software out there. Out of the entire company of 2000+ users only roughly 20-30 or so have the issue, so it's not a large concern.
