Default CD image question

is there a way i can load some audio files into an imager such as dtools or someother and then make my computer think that the cd is in the drive so i can rip with EAC + ogg encoder, with out burning. i don't really like the convertes that are out now.

you could do this, but why don't you just use oggdropxpd

Unless you have the original wavs, I wouldn't transcode to ogg. Transcoding IST DEATH.
