I have at last got fed up with IE 7 and have downloaded Firefox and Thunderbird. As I still use a 56k modem I have found that these programmes make a faster connection, however I am still playing with it.

My question is regarding Thunderbird and it is concerning the address book. Can you display your contacts on the main page or do you have to keep going to the address book? Thanks.

you can get an extension to do anything you like with it

by the way easiest way to instal thunderbird extensions, is to download the file to your hard drive, then drag/drop it onto thunderbirds "add ons" tab
