Since about 4 or 5 weeks it became almost impossible to make a video connection between Florida and Belgium. Between 12 and 6am Florida time. Screen freezes up and booted out of msn. We tried several versions, including the latest beta version. We used different computers to find out if it maybe was because of our hard or software Is this a known problem? We are using Skype now. Good picture and sound quality and no freezing ups. Is this a known problem? And what can we do about it narwal |

You're doing the right thing with Skype. I have experienced the same problems with MSN a few months ago and just gave up, but Skype is fantastic as always.
