I use a bootable copy of Ghost 11 which is only available in Ghost Solution Suite. The latest version of True Image is supposed to support Vista as well.

True Image 10 does Support Vista and is probably the best option

Could you be more specific on what you are trying to restore?
Is it something you have already lost?

Have you checked existing shadow copies?
