Default Page re-generation

I have a Yahoo email account. When I try to access the account on my PC that is running XP and IE6, I am having a problem. I can log in to my account then I try access my email and the email page keeps refreshing and generating a new random number at the end of the URL. I can click the stop button and this stops but it does not finish painting the screen. This did not happen in the Win2K environment. I ran this same set of steps using Netscape and Opera ane the same thing happens. I think it has something to do with Internet Settings, but I am not sure which part.

Are you able to check your e-mail after you hit stop? What are the security settings in your internet options?
