Hi Najjer
A little more info would be help us try to track down the problem.. like: What application you are loading? What operating system you are running? Does the error message tell you which application is incompatible? Beyond that, the error message seems to be pretty clear.. in order to install/run the program you are trying to use, the other program must be removed. |
