Default Extra 64 bit media - how much?
Basically, Vista only ships with the 32 bit DVD unless you're rich enough to afford the Ultimate Edition. Does anyone know how much Microsoft charge to despatch the 64 bit media? Preferably how much it costs to ship to the UK but other countries will give me a rough idea.

I paid $13 CDN for shipping. Could have paid more if i wanted express shipping. Placed my order Feb 1 and I'm still waiting, I called on the 28th and their placing a reorder as they think its taking too long. Was only suppose to take 10-15 business days. Unless they loose the order.
