Default VPN Issue

I have a user that connects to our office with MS VPN and will connect fine. Once he installs Cisco VPN from one of his clients then he can not use the MS VPN to connect into our office anymore. I am not sure what this is happening. He updated his Cisco VPN client but is still have issues connecting to our home office. After a while will get a 619 VPN error which does not say much. Anyone else seen this issue?

Default Re: VPN Issue

Have you tried installing the MS VPN client? I think it may use IPSEC and I believe the Cisco client uses SSL, but I'm not 100% sure. Also check the properties of his Network Card, as the protocols might have un-checked themselves.
