Exclamation Iso Cd

hello for all
i tried to burn ISO file has 2.5 G into more than 1 CD but but i can't.
its widows vista and i haven't DVD writer.So how i can splitting this into more than CD.

Since the disk still need to be readable and bootable I don't think you can do that. You need a DVD writer. Vista was meant to boot off a DVD. I think you can start the upgrade install in Windows and not require the disk at all (copies the required files to hard drive), but don't quote me on that.

You could burn the image to a CD by splitting it with something like winrar and take it to a friends who has a DVD burner. However with the price of DVD writes so low why not just go out and pick one up? It would be a nice and cheap upgrade.

Vista supports being able to be mounted, If you can nount the iso using something like Daemon tools or some other program then you can mount the Iso and go about installing that way. so you can coneivably install Vista without a dvd drive..
