Hmm been reading on this more, that on-the-fly stuff looks interesting...

Might have to buy a copy once they release the final vista build and try it out

I'm truly disappointed with Diskeeper... Thought I'd download a trial version to test with Vista, but apparently they don't have a 64-bit version so the one I've downloaded doesn't work.

the vista build wasnt available when I looked - they said 64bit would be available when the vista build was.

Another vote for Diskeeper. Liking teh bacground defrag option that stops fragmentation as and when it occurs, even better than scheduling defrag. Really cool.
