If you look at the pic I uploaded, anyone know why its grayed out?

It looks to me like you are on an Exchange Server and therefore you cannot change the name of a system folder.

Opps I ment to say where there is the check box to add that folder. Then it will search the names in the address book when you are typing in the "to" field.

The permissions tab gives it away.
