I've never had a problem until yesterday and its happening again today. Yesterday I did a reinstall on a crashed system, no new hardware or anything to require a reactivation but it still failed. It's a Dell, I had the COA in front of me, internet activation wouldn't work. So I call a rep and I get an automated system, it fails in the automated system, it tries to transfer me but all I get is a modem sound and disconnected. Same deal today, brand new system, COA in front of me, all I had to do was activate it and yet no luck. Any ideas?
