You should also have a Documents and Settings folder for all other user(s) of the comp. the folder extension '.000' worries me a little, I thought that only appears as reclaimed data after a problem.

What folders are in the other users Documents and Settings folders?? and are you logged on as Administrator?

Still just passin' thru'

I had to actually go in and click show all folders and files, now I am able to see all the neccessary folders.

The folders that are in Documents and Settings are:
Admin
All Users
Default
Default User
Guest
Help Assistant

Yes I am logged on as the admin. You said having that extra Documents and Settings folder worried you? I take it there should not be another one?
