Default Microsoft Outlook 2003 Rulez

Hi. I think my microsoft outlook 2003 rulez is corrupt since even if I just made a rule and tried to run it, it does not. Where can I find the "rulez" file so that I can delete it. I am in the process of reinstalling my office 2003. Is there a tool to repair the rulez? thanks.

start outlook with the /cleanrules switch.. should delete both the client side and server side rules

ie - from your start/run menu, type:

c:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office11\outlook.exe /cleanrules

(assuming you installed to the default location.
