Default Samsung ML-4500 Printer problems
A friend of mine has a Samsung ML-4500 Lazer Printer which she has attached to her Laptop which runs XP Home. XP doesn't pick up the Samsung, but I have got it working. The problem I am having is that the printer only has a parallel socket, and I have attached it to the USB socket on the Laptop using a virtual USB port. Unfortunately every time she unattaches the printer, and connects it again, it picks up on a serial port connection and will not run. Is there any simple solution to this problem?
