Just got notified of this update, don't know if its been posted yet

Critical Update, February 9 (don't know why getting ntofied now), 2002
This update addresses the "Update Available for the Background Intelligence Transfer Service" issue in Windows XP, and is discussed in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) Article Q314862. Download now to resolve two issues in the Background Intelligence Transfer Service in Windows XP.
