if your email server is that IP address then you simply have ENABLED AVG email scanning (inbound)... this is default behavior, so maybe you just installed AVG? .... if you no longer want it then DISABLE that....
if it is not your email server - then panic! ![]() Another solution = set your email client not to check for email.... then it will only pop up when you do so manually... REPs for making me smile with this question
