Default home network

I have setup a couple of home networks in my house called "X","y" and"Z" , i want to delete one of them completely but cannot find the option to do this can anyone tell me how to do this?

when i go to MICROSOFT WINDOWS NETWORK it lists the networks that i have created, i.e. MSHOME ,joe bloggs and Private and i want to delete the on called joe bloggs

Those are the different workgroups in your network. You have to change the the workgroup on the different PC's. Go into System Properties > Computer Name > Change > Edit the workgroup name.
