cant find Tx2200 Sata 64Bit Driver xp.
one issue is that promise does not have a windows XP 64 bit driver. there are 64bit drivers for suse but not xp. i have spent some time on Google looking for some but no one has done it. they do supply source code but couldn’t find any custom ones for xp either does anyone happen to have this and possibly a link or the driver its self? or know where to get it or anything that might help??? or is this just hopeless and just go back to XP Pro 32? |

As you already found, the vendor does not have x64 drivers directly:
http://www.promise.com/support/downl...ory=all&os=100 Even if you do find 3rd party or elsewhere compatible drivers, I personally wouldn't recommend using them because of possible stability problems. I would recommend perhaps looking a little more, but ultimately going back to 32-bit Windows. |
