Default config.nt
While running the setup program for The Sims. I get the following error:

"config.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application"

The setup program runs fine on my friend's computer who also has XP. Is there anyway to modify config.nt in the c:\windows\system32 folder so that it will run the setup program?

Yes, I have already tried compatability mode, but to no end. Any other suggestions?
