Default Photo Editing software for creating "Cut Outs"
Does anyone know of some really good digital photo editing software (other than Adobe products and add-ins) that can be used to "cut" someone out of an image and them add that cut out into a totally different picture?

GIMP, looks real close to adobe photoshop capability wise as far as I have dug into it. Very sophisticated. Totally free under the GNU Open Source liscence.
