nail.exe killed my windows shell

Windows RegData Vulnerability HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

oftware\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon"Shell" (explorer.exe c:\windows\nail.exe) Shell Possibly Compromised

this damn adware wont go away! i've updating spybot/ad-aware/norton av and nothing!!!

im thinking about just formatting and starting a'new. i've deleted the reg like 6 times.

Is there a c:\windows\nail.exe file? if so have you deleted it?

Have you gone in to the reg and chaged the value manualy, taken out the "c:\windows\nail.exe" part

Check all you startup locations for files (run msconfig and check the startup tab)
