Default Automator

Mac OSX Tiger is going to have a program called Automater within the finder. Is there a program for windows that does the same thing? kinda like a batch renaming process. i think it would be cool to have that in windows.

demo of automater working

AMD XP 3200+ (was a 2500+)
(200 * 11 = 2205Mhz)
ASUS A7N8X-E
OCZ PC3200 Dual Channel Memory
nVidia 6800GT 256mb DDR3
WD 120GB JB 7,200PRM master
WD 120GB JB 7,200RPM slave

Cool Re: Automator

Batch renaming shouldn't be a problem really, or hard to make if you wanted to.

But automator is so much more than that, the demo didn't show any of it. You can chain programs to carry out quite complex tasks. This however won't be very likely to be seen on Windows since most Windows software don't follow the command line standards (with input/output piping and what not) that most *nix software does.
