I am having some serious network issues between 2 XP machines.
For simplicity sake, I'll call them PC A and PC B. When I transfer a file from PC A to PC B I can transfer a 150 MEG file in 30 seconds. When I transfer the same file from PC B to PC A I transfer the 150 MEG file in 7 minutes. I am using a Linksys 4 port router. I only have TCP/IP installed. No firewall. Attached is a screen shot of the Network area in Task Manger showing the difference between sending and recieving. Any help would be great to solve this... Brad Lemire MCSE |
