Default Network speed dropping one way

I am having some serious network issues between 2 XP machines.

For simplicity sake, I'll call them PC A and PC B.

When I transfer a file from PC A to PC B I can transfer a 150 MEG file in 30 seconds.

When I transfer the same file from PC B to PC A I transfer the 150 MEG file in 7 minutes.

I am using a Linksys 4 port router. I only have TCP/IP installed. No firewall.

Attached is a screen shot of the Network area in Task Manger showing the difference between sending and recieving.

Any help would be great to solve this...

Default

Check that both NICs are set to 100Mb/Full Duplex and remove QoS and any other services other than TCP/IP, File & Printer Sharing and Client for MS networks, and if that doesn't help, try to give a run down of your setup...
