Anyway, I think you may have accidentally associated folders with command.com or something similar.... I will dig mine out, which you can do in the following way.. My Computer, Tools, Options, File Types. Now you need to modify folder or file folder which ever one is the problem (perhaps both) and make sure the default action is Open... Let me know how you get on you fellow daxwaxed haired clubbing loony
