well when installing windows xp pro upgrade it asks for one of the versions ..2000 being one of them so i would say yes.

you probably have citrex metaframe installed (lan connection and management stuff), which prevents the upgrade

you have to remove that software, do the upgrade, reinstall the software

ps...your browser tool bar is an embarrassment...get it down to the tab bar and one or two more bars

look in the all prograns list for the citrex...back up whatever you need to back up from the program, then remove the program...the upgrade should work after that

I know my xp pro upgrade disk was an upgrade from ME retail.
