Default Convert .ape image to mp3s
I want to convert a CD image .ape to regular mp3s files.
Note its only an .ape file + a .cue file (not separated tracks)
Can anyone tell me what app can i use to do that?
I mean read the image, separate the tracks and save them as mp3.

doing a google, i find that footbar 2000 diskwriter will work?

I'm pretty sure you are right but I've never actually messed around with APE files.

Check out this site for downloading the Special installer of foobar2000: http://www.saunalahti.fi/cse/foobar2000.php and the page shows what is included. You don't have to install all the components but it's nice to install the special installer and pick what you want rather than having to find all the components separately.

The official foobar2000 download link for the Special installer is on the foobar site but I'm unsure how often the package is updated at that link. The version on the page I listed above is a trusted site and has the most recent release [component-wise].

I succeded in the conversion, first to wav with foobar2000 then to mp3 with another app.
