you can just open it with the word editor that comes with windows when you install it, i forgot what it's called, i think it's word perfect

Actually I didn't read the original question properly
I thought you meant that you wanted to convert a .doc into a .pdf from Word. But you don't have Word.Instead, try opening the document with Word Viewer, you can print with that. Download Word Viewer 2003 |

uh, copy the .doc file to the floppy, then open it on a PC with Word installed and print it?

It'll be easier just to change the extension... assuming all local machines don't have word.
