is there anyway to make that link point somewhere else?

I moved all of my music to a second hard drive and want to point that folder to that drive but no matter what ive tried it always stays at the folder in my documents

Download and install TweakUI. Open it, and under the My Computer item, you should see a Special Folders option. Select 'My Music' from the drop-down list and change the default location. That should do it.
