Add Shortcuts to right side of start bar in XP

I wanted to add a shortcut on the right side of the Start bar, under the My Music and My Documents links / shorcuts. Does anyone know how?

Use the customize button in the 'Task Bar and Start Menu' Control Panel under andvanced.
