Default Win 98 Can't connect to Belkin wireless router

hi. i have an old notebook and just recently bought a Belkin F5D7010 wireless card and I have an existing Belkin wireless F5D7230-4. How do you setup Win 98 to get wireless connection? When i click on "Connect to Internet Icon" a window comes out and says "Failed to load Internet Connection wizard helper component"... What can I do? thanks.
