Default no internet connection
i have a phillips router, my down stairs comp connects through a lan connection i can connect and connect to the internet .My lap top connects to both internet and sees the the network through a wireless lan card, but the kids comp upstairs on a pci wireless lan sees the network but will not connect to the internet. Can any body help please.

All ok thanks was norton internet security locking it out

Uninstall it. If you are at SP2 on your machine(s) - Norton hogs resources. Their corporate edition is much more streamlined.

This is all of course, in my opinion. Glad you worked the issue out.
