After installing Office XP and using Outlook instead of Outlook Express I have noticed a web page automatically pops up during games and everything else and interrupts the task I was originally doing- Is there a way to disable this?

What webpage pops up? and is this webpage directly related to outlook as in are you running outlook in the background while playing games or is it just popping up?
I've been using OfficeXP and Outlook XP and have never had any webpage pop up at all |

Okay, well outlook isn't in my systray; so to my knowledge its not running in the background.
http://office.microsoft.com/?HelpLCID=1033 That is the exact web page that pops up; no matter what I'm in the middle of ...I really have no idea what is going on here! |
