Default how do i disable "inactive" feature in start menu

simple question...

how do i disable the inactive feature on the start menu so that i can see ALL menus all the time instead of only seeing frequently used apps. its annoying

I think the only way is to right click on startmenu, click properties and select "classic start menu" from the start menu tab

Right click on a blank area of the taskbar> properties> 'start menu' tab> 'customize' button> untick 'use personalized menus.'

He's already using the Classic style if this feature is active.
