try going to the preferences menu and switching the output from nullsoft WaveOut plugin, to nullsoft DirectSound...cracking and popping is usually caused by a memory problem with data transferring across the bus at the same time and giving you degradation.
this use to happen when my audigy was plugged in next to my raid controller, anytime the HD was accessed you'd hear interference...hopefully the switching of what your output is will help |
