Question Changing the Permissions

I want to alter the permissions for a limited account, Power Users and Guest. I want then all to be able to initiate a dial-up connection, burn cds, and install programs. Thanks

Default

Right click My Computer > choose manage Then expand local users and accounts click on the user folder

Action new user and give them administration rights

I personally wouldnt give a guest account admin rights

Is there a way i can do it with out giving them complete administrator rights and just the dial-up, and cd burning? Thanks
