Default Power Point 2003

I am trying insert a video (.mpg) file into a powerpoint slide. I load it and it gives me an error of "WINMM.dll" can't be loaded. I googled and didn't find anything. Any ideas?

Go to add/remove in control panel. Remove WMP and then go to windows update and install the latest.

Thought for the new millenium:
